Will not ever go back. 4/25/2011

I bought four new tires for my Subaru. The wanted to align it and I told them no because the other tires wore out evenly. They striped a bolt when attempting to align it after being told not too. I went to Subaru to get it fixed they said it wan't even out of alignment. more

Discrepancy in Quoted Price and Charged Price of Oil Change 1/8/2011

Pricing is confusing for Oil Change and they charged a different amount at the register than was QUOTED online.\rThis is for the location of\r8816 Harvest Oaks Dr.\rRaleigh, NC 27615\r\rThese are the fact for 1-7-11. Completed online order for oil change with the following info printed from the order. --\r1. Selected Services: $14.95 --\r2. Oil Filter Disposal Fee $2.00 --\r3. Est Sales Tax: $0.67 --\r4. Due at your appt: $17.62.\rTotal Bill after svc was $20.11. Horrible customer service. I went in at 11:34am and was told my oil change would take 1 hour, an hour and a half max. I normally wait with my car, but since the wait would be so long, I decided to go to Best Buy to kill the hour (this was the Glenwood Ave. location). When I went back, they said mine was the next one on the list. Thinking that once they started, it would be 30 minutes, I waited. They still had barely started on my car, after 30 minutes, so I went to get lunch. When I returned, 2.5 hours after I had dropped off my car, it was FINALLY finished, but nobody had called me to tell me it was done, which they told me they would do. They never explained anything about what they did to my car and didn't do any of the courtesy things other oil change places usually do. They obviously don't care about their customers. I will not go back there, even if they offered a free oil change. more

I bought tires that didn't last even half the warranty life. When I went back they offered me almost no money on the warranty. Bought tires at Discount Tire that are much better for less and they honored my warranty.Pros: Close to my houseCons: You don't get what you pay for. more
